Service and Maintenance

Magnolia Pools LLC offers weekly pool service options. In addition, we are available for any additional projects or repair work that needs to be completed.

Option 1 - Full Service

  • Weekly service
  • Test and treat water with necessary chemicals for sanitation and pH control
  • Add chemicals as required
  • Brush pool
  • Backwash filter and recharge with D.E. as needed
  • Empty skimmer baskets and sweep bags
  • Check all equipment for proper operation and leaks
  • Filter cleanings completed as needed at an additional charge (pre-approved by the customer)
  • Skim pool*
  • Vacuum pool and spa*

*Available with full service option only.

Filter Cleaning

  • D.E. or Cartridge
Pricing: $125.00 plus applicable Texas state sales tax

Option 2 - Basic Service

  • Weekly service
  • Test and treat water with necessary chemicals for sanitation and pH control
  • Add chemicals as required
  • Brush pool
  • Backwash filter and recharge D.E. as needed
  • Empty skimmer baskets and sweep bags
  • Check all equipment for proper operation and leaks
  • Filter cleanings completed as needed at an additional charge (pre-approved by the customer)
